A ruthlessly efficient way to eliminate the build of sludge and scale from central heating systems. Guardian G4000 is the quick and easy way to eliminate cold spots and restore full heat emission to radiators & pipework, helping to improve system effectiveness & conserve energy.
Application:
G4000 should be circulated at normal operating temperature with all valves open for a minimum of 2 hours using a SUREFLUSH power flushing system or similar. Excessive fouling will require longer (up to 28 days) until satisfactory performance is restored. The system should be flushed properly from ALL drain points until clear. Refill and treat with G1000 Inhibitor. G4000 is a multi-metal treatment suitable for all types of indirect heating systems. No neutralization treatment is required.
Dose:
G4000 should be dosed at 1-2% of the system volume. 1-2 litres per 100 litres of system water. One litre of G4000 is sufficient to treat a typical 50,000 btu system. Extra volume (3%) is required for larger systems. Overdosing does not present a problem. Dose via the F/E cistern in open systems or use a Guardian dosing tank in sealed systems. Fill by injecting via the filling loop or other suitable access point.
